Our answer appears on that same page. There is no email notification, so check back using your link. If you have lost it, email us with the name and email address you used and we will find your order.
Sending a screenshot or a file
Our feedback form takes an attachment, which email clients sometimes make awkward. It is good for photographs of a fault, wiring diagrams and log files. For anything about a specific order, quote your invoice number in the message.
What to include
- Your invoice number (A1B2C3D4-0001) if you have one
- What you expected, and what happened
- A photograph, if something arrived damaged or faulty
